Every two years, Lake to Lake Quilt Guild
(Gorham, New York) offers the public an opportunity to win a quilt and
support and local cause. The 2012 Opportunity Quilt was designed by
Guild Member Lisa Woodworth, sewn by guild members and quilted by Val
Schultz of Mountain View Quilting (also a member of the guild). "There
are Butterflies in My Garden" is a queen size quilt (84" x 98") and can
be seen on display at various locations until October 2012 when one
lucky ticket will be drawn. Tickets are on sale through guild members
for $1.00 each and will benefit Pathway Home (Hospice Home) in Seneca
Falls, New York.
